Originating from Italy, Sangiovese has a storied history as the backbone of famous wines like Chianti and Brunello. In the Curicó Valley, nestled near the Andes, this variety thrives, benefiting from a unique climate and soil that enhance its classic character. this Sangiovese delights with fresh, ripe sour cherry aromas, complemented by sweet notes of dark cherries—an unmistakable hallmark of the variety. The palate offers a juicy and vibrant experience with typical sour cherry flavours, balanced by good acidity and a juicy texture. The valley's climate and soil impart complexity and depth, making this Sangiovese a fine example of Chilean winemaking excellence.

An exquisite Grenache Blanc with a spicy undertone complemented by ripe nuances of cloves, white peaches, and delicate yellow flowers. Round, full-bodied with a persistent and fresh finish. Mandarin and pear flavours add to the spicy profile, creating a layered and complex wine.

This wine is a harmonious blend that captures the essence of the Pays d'Oc region. The vibrant acidity of Sauvignon Blanc, the smooth fruitiness of Grenache Blanc, and the floral complexity of Viognier come together seamlessly, creating a wine that is both expressive and balanced. A glinting pale lemon colour in the glass, this wine exudes aromas of peach, white blossom and elderflower on the nose, followed by crisp, zingy gooseberry and lemon on the palette. With a slight hint of sweetness, this wine would drink just as well on its own, well-chilled on a warm summer’s day, or with fresh seafood.

A fine expression of Falanghina and the Puglian soils it's grown in. A vibrant white of real substance - ripe and aromatic with green citrus and pungent wild herbs. Crisp and incisive on the palate with pure, focused fruit and herbal characters—fennel, grapefruit and bitter lemon. This is nicely balanced by taut acidity, a mineral texture and a clean, savoury finish with lightly floral notes. Delicious with appetisers and light fish courses.

Crafted using the distinctive flash détente fermentation process, this is a vibrant and aromatic Garnacha, full of spicy, stewed strawberry aromas and lively orange peel notes. Medium-bodied, offering juicy and accessible flavours marked by spicy ripe red fruits. Its sapid quality makes it eminently drinkable. The unique fermentation process enhances the fruit-forward nature of the Garnacha grape, resulting in a wine that is both approachable and flavourful.

The wine exhibits a medium-bodied character that gracefully balances the individual attributes of the grapes The Cabernet in this blend lends its distinctive notes of blackcurrant, giving a fruity depth that is both juicy and nuanced.
